Sales Team Lead

Key Responsibilities:
• Lead, coach, and supervise the sales team across branches to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
• Oversee both B2B (gyms, stores, distributors) and B2C (retail customers, online sales) sales operations.
• Develop and execute sales strategies to expand market share and customer base.
• Monitor performance of sales representatives and provide training, motivation, and support.
• Manage the digital marketing team and align campaigns with sales objectives.
• Supervise social media activities, ensuring brand consistency and engagement.
• Oversee the customer service department to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and retention.
• Prepare and present sales reports, forecasts, and performance metrics to management.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, partners, and distributors.
• Work closely with management to align sales goals with the company’s strategic objectives.
Qualifications & Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in sales, with at least 2 years in a leadership role, preferably in the supplements, or health & wellness industry.
• Strong leadership, communication, and team management skills.
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.
• Solid understanding of both B2B and B2C sales channels.
• Experience in managing digital marketing and social media teams.
• Excellent problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making abilities.
• Strong customer focus with excellent negotiation and relationship-building skills.
• Fluency in English and Arabic (written and spoken).
